Casing cob web or Myc?
    #5539326 - 04/20/06 09:58 PM (17 years, 9 months ago)

Guys I have only done one casing before. Is this normal Myc on a 50/50 coco/verm casing layer. It appers that the lighter in color growth is Myc and the fainter or greyish color is cobweb?
Thanks,

You might want to read the Coir/vermiculite casing tek again, the correct ratios are 40% Coco coir, 60% vermiculite. Using too much coir in the mix can cause problems with overlay.

If you can post a pic, it'll make it much easier for us to help you.

Nope, read the FAQ if you're not sure how to upload one.
