UPDATED: is this cobweb mold? (pics)

i took the cakes from the jars and have them in buckets. after 2 days i started seeing more white hairs growing. is this more mycellium or cobweb mold? the pictures might not show it, but it's the same color as the cakes, very white.

Those are some healthy jars. Generally you won't see cobweb on colonized susbtrate like that, it's more likely to appear on casing layers or uncolonized poo. Once you see it, you know what you're looking for.
