just picked up these kangaroo snags at the supermarket
gonna bbq em,ive never tried our roo meat so ill let you know how they taste but i am biased cause i love snags


ive heard they arent that great but there's 33g of protien in two

for anyone whio cares,theyre shit,i'd eat them again but i wouldn't go out of my way to find them,it was like it was marinated in pick-me-up sauce

Hehe... perhaps if you had uncased ground 'roo meat - then you could season, shape, and cook it to your likings (or use it as an addition to other meats in order to add another dimention to the flavour of your dish without chompin' pure 'roo).  Ah well, at least ya tried it!  The real fool is he who denies experiment.  I finally got around to trying some Cipollini onions today in a cheesy cream sauce I made for some linguine - I was even snackin' on 'em raw they were so (relatively) sweet. :laugh:

yeah geo,we had them with italian sausages as well but thats exactly what i thought too,they go ok with other kinds of snags for something a bit different and i aint gonna be np food fool,i want to try everything!:crazy2:

madtown:snags=sausages or bangers

probably cause they get snagged(stuck)on the grill if we arent careful
