difficulty stomaching shrooms

i am one of those rare people who trips hard off a smaller amount of shrooms, however i have a very dificult time stomaching the shrooms and have thrown up 5 out of the 11 times ive tripped. the taste of dry shrooms is now very very disgusting for me and when i eat them straight i trip BALLS , sometimes throw up but still trip. when i make tea i trip just as hard but with little to no nausea, however it is usually not as intense and does not last nearly as long for me. i heard that ginger does a good job quelling nauzea so i usually boil a little ginger into the tea. i had an idea however for eating the mushrooms striahgt and hopefully killing the nausea. maybe putting a little bit of honey on the mushrooms, chewing them less than i usually do , swalowing chunks of mushrooms and honey. will not chewing it fully effect the strength? also, would drinking a cup of home made raw-ginger tea after ingesting the mushrooms maybe do a good job of quelling the nausea?

Do the lemon expirment. The last while mushrooms have been making me feel /very/ ill. But last time I did the lemon expirment and had no problems.
What I did was.
1. Powder mushrooms as fine as possible. Either scrunch them up in the bag, or put them into a coffee grinder, just work them to a fine powder. 2. Get two lemons (or if its a small dose, 1 or half could probably do), squeeze out the juice 3. Put mushroom powder into lemon juice 4. Let soak for a few hours, and now and then give the mix a good shake *5. Bring some water to a boil, place the container that your lemon juice is in, into this boiling water (dont pour the juice into it, just give it a hotwater bath). Do this for a short bit 6. Once ready to shroom, filter out all solid material. I used cheese cloth for this, I just poured the lemon juice through the cloth *7. If you have a 'finer' filter, do a 2nd step of filtering. For me, I used the metal filter that my espresso machine uses to filter out the remaining bits of fiber, there wasnt much and I could of probably skipped this step, but it did give me a solution of lemon juice with pretty much zero solids in it. 8. Chug back the lemon juice
Doing this with two lemons, I got around 2 shot glasses worth of juice.
Steps 5 and 7 may be optional, I'm not sure if heating them up helped things at all or not, and step 7 didnt remove that much solid material, so I dont think it would of been that needed of a step.
This gave me a cleaner high, smoother come on, shorter ride (but more intense), a nice drop-off and *ZERO* stomach upset.
And, since your just chugging it back in 1 shot as lemon juice, you hardly taste the mushrooms at all, it's over-powered by the lemon juice, and you can just take a swig of water to rinse the sour/bitter taste from your mouth.
These days, just about anything seems to make me vomit - but I had no issues with mushrooms when doing it this way. Some people report it can 2x-3x the potency of your shrooms, I didnt notice this, but the lacking of neasua/stomach discomfort makes it 100% worth doing.

im looking for an alternative meathod to tea, a good meathod for eating them maybe, thanks though it does sounds like an extremely tastey recipe i will give it a shot someday, however for tea i find the BEST way to make the taste of mushrooms is by boiling it with ginger and adding a nice amount of honey to the mixtures. honey is natures way of FULLY masking the taste of mushrooms, if you add enough honey one can drink the tea without even knowing he (or she) has been dosed.

If its the taste that makes you vomit (which can happen if you puke off something and them associate the flavor with sick feelings), you might try powdering them and putting them into gel-caps (or veggie-caps) The big "00" size will fit about a 1/4 gram per capsule. Do two grams in 8 capsules. If its the shrooms themselves that irritate you stomach, then definitely do the Lemon Juice Experiment. Post result on the The Lemon Experience... powdered shrooms on a chunky pb&j sandwich works really well. i cant stand the taste of about 90% of the shrooms i eat. some i can stand when they just taste like sunflower seeds but the ones ive been getting taste like straight up shit.
ginger, tums, alka seltzer, and some dank herb all work well for my stomach problems should they arrise.
