Okay, ready to fruit soon, but need help

I have two jars that are about 90% colonized. The other two are about 70%. I have a total of four jars.
I also just had a relative announce a visit in a few weeks.
Just wanted to know if its okay to birth the cakes on 4/20, no matter their complete stage, should I expect shrooms within two weeks?
Is it okay to go ahead and put them in the fruiting chamber, even if they arent completly, but almost, colonized?
Time is becoming and issue, and i am itchy to birth them today, but I am trying to wait until 4/20, so that gives them another two days or so.
Also, I am thinking I might just birth the two cakes that are pretty much colonized and just wait till the others get to about 90%, and just be happy with whatever yield I get, as this is my first grow ever. I still have plenty of spore, so that won't be an issue.
Any advice is much appreciated!!!
Thanks!

either let them fully colonize, or cut off all the uncolonized parts after you birth them. You could just put them on hold also, until your relatives leave, and then birth them.

don't hold them thats silly just let them go. then they will finish and when the relitives leaven birth them that way you don't have to wait for them to warm up and start colonizing. also if you hold them and warm them up they are likely to pin and then you have 90% uncolonized jars that are pinning which is a pain. scraping off the colonolized parts is more of a last resort thing if you just can't get them to finish i wouldn't want to push my luck with it. if you miss a tiny sport you could get a contam. then you wasted 2-3 weeks better safe then sorry.
