Looks normal to me... I don't see any evidence of low-moisture (blueing) but it certainly isn't uncommon to have the occasional cake put out a weak flush.
I'd suggest picking them and waiting for the next flush.

I had a cake that produced nothing but those lil bastids. It evened itself out, however. It only produced tiny lil nothings, but it produced them constand for about 5 flushes. I think I got 18g dried from that cake before I threw it out. Don't fret, it might be ok.

Poor substrain is my guess, it happens now and then. I had a casing that produced almost nothing but these short 1 inch tall mushies. I think i got one or two normal sized fruits, but 90% of them were these runt size mushies. One of the upsides is it produced mushrooms for about 4-5 weeks, they all dried rock solid, and i got some really cool looking mushrooms off of it.

Does the cake have to be positioned the way you inject the spores in? Looks like you've got fruits coming from underneath the cake. Unless that's normal.. I'm still learning about this stuff.
