Finding ingredients/materials trouble

I can't seem to find any calcium carbonate, crushed oyster shells, or brown rice flour.
I want to use this growing guide.. http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/7919
along with this casing tek.. http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/7977
I've got everything I need except for those three things. I've looked in 3 different grocery stores for the brown rice flour, a few green houses for the other two, and can't find them. Would I have to resort to buying these off the internet? Any store suggestions?
Also, for drying the mushrooms, could I use a food dehydrator?

Yes you can use a food dehydrator...
If you can't find BRF find brown rice and use a coffee grinder and do it yourself, I find this process more fun...
And you can find oyster shells on here http://www.kkorchid.com/1medium_potting.asp

I'm pretty new at all of this myself but I bought brown rice and ground it up myself using a coffee grinder, you can get brown rice at kroger's or walmart. Also from reading around on these boards yes you can use a food dehydrator but some are recomended more, just search around for that one, I'm sure you will find it.

If you have a coffee grinder or blender, make your own brown rice flour by grinding.....you guessed it, brown rice. It's better than pre-made BRF any day. I get my crushed oyster shell HERE (just scroll to the very bottom of the page).

Looks like I'm going to be grinding up some brown rice. Good idea.
Thanks for the links.
