Installing high resolution security camera's at the new dig's. And, ended up with one more camera than needed. Software package is way cool. Has all sorts of time lapse features.
Man, security things out now are amazing.

with most securdity units they play on VHS tapes, mostly for the fact that you can extend a usually 8 hr tape for up to and over 24 hrs of survanance. (with the proper equiptment)
I can't wait till HD and B/R are avaiable for busness like mine. Finally get to put my camera on HD mode instead of SD/DV

The trick is to get a good cycle timer for your lighting that you can match with your capture rate for the security camera. It can be a real pain in the ass getting two different timers synched up. I found a good one, so let me know if you need the url. When I do time lapse movies, I set the lights to come on 30 seconds before the capture. This gives the auto focus time to settle down. RR

Wouldn't it make sense to lock the focus?
