Could this be a contam? Possible cobweb mold and not mycelium?

Thats what i thought at first , but it was on both casings and they were kept seperated. So i checked to see if it was cobweb mold , but it doesn't look like it, It looks just like mycelium and not really at all like cobweb mold.
