is it possible to have contaminations this early?

if you look at the bottom of the jar, there is that white milky stuff. and i inoculated the jars 3 days ago. and its having this weird smell. can this also be fermentation?

I'm just a noob, but PCing should kill all those bacteria that cause fermentation, so you should not smell it at that stage. I'd seperate them from any known clean stuff and give it some time. If the smell turns for the worse, trash them and start over.
And, yes, it's possible, bacteria can rip through the right conditions with great speed. The top jar looks wet. The bottom one looks white and ok. Only time will tell.

I see your grains look dry and some kernals are not expanded/swelled as they should be also I see one small area to watch 3rd and 4th pic bottom right hand side same spot I'm presuming. You'll need to get the moisture content right for healthy mycelium growth. This is just observations from my experience.

i injected 2 ccs of b+ spores. i cleaned the needle by wiping it with alcohol, and i also wiped the rubber thing where you inject the needle.
