Super fast colinization?

I read in a recent post about a very fast colinization rate with the following:
1/2 cup vermiculite, 1/8 cup of rye flour, 1/8 cup of quinoa flour, 50-60cc water per 1/2 pint jar.
I was wondering if anyone tried this? Does it work? Is it even worth trying over a BRF/ Vermiculite or rye flour/ Vermiculite mix? Everything is ready to go but I am awaiting some info on this supposed super fast mix? Please help.

I think the bigest factor in colonization is Tempature...

Tempurature and spores.
Tempurature should be 80-84 degrees. Spores should be fresh and innoculated at 4 seperate points.
Regular PF jars (Brown Rice Flour) colonized in less than two weeks (11.5-12 days) with rather fresh (2 month old) spores in homemade syringe that are not dark but have lots of visible spore clumps. The solution is still clear, not purple or tinted at all, but the spore count is, ovbiously, way up there. It really helps and self sufficency rules. Making spore prints and syringe is easy with standard sterilization process. Rubbing alcohol, tinfoil, syringes, boiled water, oven tek. is all you should need. Good Luck.

If you want it fast, germinate the spores in malt/water first
