Beyond deja vu

I'm sat in a friends car. We've driven to a remote spot in the country to smoke some doobs.
My friend starts telling me a story. I get a wave of euphoria spread thoughout my body and at the same time I remember exactly what my friends going to say and that a 4x4 truck wll drive past us.
I had plenty of mental time to analyse what was happening. I watched as my friend reeled off exatly word for word what I knew he was going to say.
I then sat there and thought "If this 4x4 comes by I know I have remembered the future". No doubt, about 40 seconds later the same 4x4 I remember drives by.
I'm convinced. Convinced I had a memory of the future.
The euphorc feeling accompanied by such a precise memory had me bewildered. Its something that my skeptical side cannot deny.

Deja - Vu is a fantastic thing, if you are gifted with them (most people are) Another deep mystery of the consiousness, which absolutly astonishes me. Although, lately, they have occured very rarely. Ive heard that they are a pre form of psychic abilities. This experience sounds beyond Deja Vu for sure, if the time span was longer then a minute as you say. Thats very very interesting, perhaps you can do some research into this and help us understand it better.
Is this similar to pre-cognition or the same thing??

My father and i are psychically connected somehow. On lots of occasions i would be thinking about something and my father would be like "what did you just say"
And i can hear my dad think too but its very vague.

So what you're saying is: Acknowledge that it happened, but at the same time don't acknowledge it because that makes you crazy?
Wow good advice. =\
I've had deja vu before. I've also had premonitions. Not for a while.

I'm assuming you are quite close to him. I do not have this with my parents, but I do with a few close friends. I think of it liek a link sometimes I can ignore other times I cant, but I think its always there. I only have it with my closest friends, and I've talked to them about it adn they feel the same way. It sounds kinda weird I know, but I'm pretty sure everyone has it, and simply dont realize just whats happening. The happy married couple who finishes each others sentences have it. Good friends. Father and child. women are often times have a better sense of empathy(though I'm a guy and do alright), hence why women have "A womans intuition" When you connect with someone on an emotional level, you get a sense of how they feel about the situation, and that in turn allows people to "hear poeples thoughts"
Or something like that at least.
Deja Vu probrobly has to do with a strong emotional feeling(like your euphoria you spoke about) triggering some latent memory. When it plays out the same though is when things get spooky. Good thread though man. Peace

When my father and I are hunting is when we are the most connected. You should see us together, we dont need to give hand signals or speak or even give a look, we always know what is on the others mind. Its really wierd sometimes. Like we will be walking along and we will both do the exact same thing at the exact same time. And whats even more wierd is we dont even need to be together and we will. Like we will run into eachother at wal mart buying the exact same food at the exact same time or he will call me and ill be cooking some chilli exactly when hes about to cook chilli
its like we are the same person.

No, I didn't tell my friend.
He's not particularly interested in these things.
The experiences seem to be spontanious. Although I had more when I was younger. Maybe my beliefs/rational thoughts are preventing it?

Once I was starting to fuck up on a pill.
I felt really weird, started loosiing conciousness and couldn't see properly.
My sister phoned up, she said she knew I was feeling bad on a pill. I asked her who told her I did one. She said she just knew. After the conversation I felt fine.
I asked her several times since if somebody told her but she swears she just knew. There must be some kind of connectiion.

There is. I've gotten some strange gut feelings that even people who are on different parts of the world can share a connection. I know for a fact that it happens all the time when people are together.
Every thought, every actions, every feeling matters. =)
