Sober Tracers Annoying
    #5513163 - 04/13/06 06:00 PM (17 years, 9 months ago)

after my seventh time tripping; 5 days ago, I noticed that my tracers during the trip never subsided, even now.

Its getting pretty annoying. when every someone moves something or I move my hands infront of my view, it distracts me.

I know that its natural to see some tracers sober, but they're quite intence, and I believe that i'm not just recognising them for the first time.

this has never happend after my previous trips, only my last time.

its annoying, but I'll probably get used to it. but still. can anyone relate, or say something about this?

I havent done mushrooms in a few months but ever since i got into psychedelics, shadows will occasionally distract me.

Im not sure if its a actual physical side-effect of mushrooms or LSD or if its just cause shadows are always more profound and clear when i trip and the interest still lingers

Ever since I started usage of any mind altering substance, I've noticed increased amounts of tracers, along with objects, ceilings, floors, and walls breathing a little.

Its totally normal, and to be expected. For me, over a few years it became more and more prevalent every time I tripped.

I always feel and am compltely normal the next day after I trip. I never seem to get any of the lasting effects people mention and have never experienced a flashback.

it just comes down to personaly body chemistry, dont worry they will subside after a few weeks. personaly i allways see tracers shadows moving and as i can recall i allways have it just depends on wether im paying attention to it. just ignore it and it should stop in a little while.

...iono the i get sober tracers all the time, and when i burn some trees, i sometimes get color blotches, and objects may start movin in my peripheral vision.

ive only noticed these subtle effects after my 8th or 9th trip(acid and shrooms total)

its doesnt effect me, i dont mind the visual distortion, and im not exactly sure what it is from.

my theory is that from the psychedelics i may have used a different part of my brain, or that i have become used to usin the part of my brain that distorts my vision, but im no psychologist so i may jus be talkin bull shyt.

They go away. After my trips I could stare at the carpet or any surface and it will swirl and move a bit.
