How fertile is LC in small amounts?

I have 10 jars of LC. I'd like to inoculate 100 little 250ml jars. The LC is being stubborn and has taken 3 weeks only to show 1 raison sized blob in each jar.
Is one raison sized blob enough to inoculate 10 jars if i shake up the syringe really good?

off topic..kinda
technically speaking, one spore would be enough to inoculate a garbage can full given enough time and the correct growing conditions right?

WOW, 3 weeks IS stubborn. My experience with corn syrup water is a doubling of tissue every ~36-48 hrs when innoc'd with LC. Multispore took ~4 days to show two tiny blobs, thereafter doubling as with the LC innoc. I'm sure, if I allowed better gas exchange, I would see better times than that. I use 2 marbles in each jar for agitation, and I break up the tissue with a vigorous shaking 2-4 times a day. Have you been shaking your LC?
As for your actual question, I don't think 1-2 cc (which is what you've got with two raisin size balls) of LC is enough for that many jars, but that's just me. Just last night I drew up 12 ccs from a golf ball size LC, and the 'ringe nice and thick (of course, I immediately used it to noc two more pints of LC ).

Incorrect. You would need 2 spores so that they could get their grove on and 'exchange genetic information'.

if you manage to capture the whole raisin sized blob from each LC jar, you might not get 10 jars per LC jar as you'd need to, but you'll get at least 5. (i like to use 2cc/jar, i know folks will say that's too much liquid to be adding, but its liquid with nutes in it and never had a problem doing so.) shake the HELL out of the syringe between innocs (an air bubble helps) and be quick when you inoculate - if you stick the sryinge in and delay too long, the myc sinks to the bottom and you end up blowing it all in one shot, then you're just innoculating the rest of your jars with sugar water. :-)
use common sense when you inoculate and keep an eye on the syringe, if the "floaties" are gone after so many jars even though there's liquid left, its time to stop. LC isn't like spores where they're microscopic, if you don't see it, its probably not there! you might get through 10 jars at 1cc a piece if you're lucky, but i'd wager there's gonna be a few innoc points that don't go and it might take longer to colonize those sections because it has to make its way all the way around...

I don't see how it's off topic.
Raz, have you been breaking up the mycelium in the LC every day?

i've only done it about 2 times since i made the jars by using a sharp, sterile knife and stirring viciously.. i knew i was supposed to break it up regularly but is it that important?

I wouldn't consider absolutely important... rather, necessary if you want to have alot of growth in a shorter period of time.
Next time, just drop a glass marble or a shard of glass in your LC before you sterilize it. You will only need to shake it up then. =]
You can even shake/swirl/stir your LC a couple/few times a day. Blue Helix and I think Agar make LCs that are stirred constantly by a magnetic stirrer. They grow fast.
I figured you'd know this already, you've been around the Shroomery for a while now. Ah well.
Good luck, bud.
