What is this in my WBS??!?

i have been wondering this for some time now.... what is this in my (and all) WBS? it always ends up in the bottom of my pot. looks like finly chopped rocks???

i found some "grits" in mine too. i think its either little rocks, or maybe some kind of hard mutant kernal....um, i dont know, but its funkin' annoying!!! i stand there staring at them and wonder what they can be. "did aliens put these there??? is this how the government spies on us??? are they nanomachines???" (of course i was a little toasty when i thought about that. lol)

Its gravel dude, just like musher said. It wont hurt your cakes at all, I forgot to take it out one time and it still worked just fine.

oh yea... i don't mind it being in there, but always is....

it always manages to make its way to the bottom of the pot anyway.. just would like clarification.
