Just use the same concept as the mono/double tubs: Polyfill air exchange. As you can see from the cup of mushrooms, I never needed to open it except for harvest. Polyfill provides the little bit of air exchange that's needed, and humidity is provided by substrate moisture and/or casing layer.

yes off-course. so the thing now I'm gonna do is. pasteurize some hpoo. mix it with 1 or 2 cakes. let it colonizes . and then expose to light?
I'm wondering if the plastic container must be transparent, or just the lid? how much free air would it best to get nice yield. maybe 2/3 substrate? or 2/3 air?

Glad to help--just expose it to light once fully colonized. Do the spawn run in darkness, of course. I used a totally clear container, and the cluster formed near the top, where the air exchange was greatest probably.
No clue on time, but quicker than waiting for a casing layer to colonize.

Ooops, forgot, 2/3 substrate and 1/3 air space seems to do the job well. Keep us posted how yours turns out.

Are you sure you didn't mean 1/3 substrate and 2/3 air space?? Cause 1/3 of the vertical space in the cup seem like very little room to grow in for the shrooms.
I also say that cause from your pics it seems as if it was pretty much 1/3 substrate and 2/3 air space.
