The bubbler, outside or in??

Would it provide too MUCH humidity if I set my jar of peroxide w. the bubble stone inside the terrarium. Right now i have the bong setup pumping humid air into the terrarium and since the addition of a space heater in the room, humidity has gone way down. Any suggestions?!?!? Thanks!!!!

my friend puts his bubbler inside the terranium, and he fans 3-5 times a day, works great. no messy perilite.
