If you had a good full print you should be able to make 2 real good 12cc spore syringes

Yeah but with an LC he can have MANY syringes that are faster to colonize.

Hi Chris,

the vendors get away with 50+ is what I've read here. When you can see the spores, there's a heck of a lot of them. Cutting 1/10th of the print to use for a 12cc syringe always goes well IME

Fun way to make syringes: fill a syringe with 10 ccs of sterile water. Get a cap who's veil hasn't torn yet (not even at ALL). Puncture the veil and inject some water. Shake it up (needle still in the hole to prevent contams, but you're pretty damned safe) and suck it out. Repeat if you'd like.

You need about what, 2 spores per jar...12 cc's, so like, 24 spores per syringe, theoretically anyways, lol.

Scrape the print with a knife, just once, and that should be enough....

But I personally use only one print to make a syringe...Everyone might call this a WASTE.

But I only need like 5 syringes (friends need 'em and such), and I cam make like 20+ prints per flush, so it's no big deal at all. Plus It elimates contam. factors...

Like if you make one print into 20 syringes, and then 100 LC's...and then used that to knock up thousands of jars, you'd lose them all, due to one gd contamed print...That is however, Rather extreme,

It's just so that you get the point.

Prints as above are good for 20 to 50 ...10 ml syringes.

50, depending if you "sonicate" the spore solution.

20, if not.

Were do i buy 18 gauge syringes? Does it have to be 18 gauge? Do i buy the needles by themselves, and then attach them to the plastic "CC" syringe? And if so were can i find this stuff?
All i could find was diebeties needles, & a syringe with out a needle.. I tryed walmart, smith's, tatto shops, medical supplies, one place said i needed a prescription. The only place i didnt try was a animal store. I really don't want to use mail by any means if possible... Thanks for the help guys!
