What would be the best way to insure that my tenn stud that i opened used and stored in a cool dry place ia going to be uncontaminated. Also If i take me jars out of my pc when they are still piping hot can this lead to contamination just wondering heard it before.

The best way to ensure no contamination exists after opening a bag of pasteurized manure is to re-pasteurize it before the next use. You can monitor it after you open the bag and see if anything develops, but I would make a habit of re-pasteurizing anything you open and do not use.
Your second question answers itself. Even if a contaminate got into your "piping hot hot" jar, it's going to die as soon as it makes contact. It's pretty rare that a contaminate can survive the temperatures that a pressure cooker can generate. If this was the case, why PC?

yea tenn studd is the SHIT!! The reason i asked about the contamination is because i have some jars that smell sour. They were inoculated with L.C.(honey tech)But the honey jar had some floaties on the bottom I think for carmilization. i isolated them and hopefully the decrased humidity and slight drop in temp will allow myc to get strong and kill the bac. however it smells slighly fermented. Any suggesation on pasturization process or can i use an oven bag and pc it for awhile
