There have been a few U.S. based FSR's. including Ralph's original FSR. The FSRCanada has the added advantage of being able to ship, where a U.S. based FSR couldn't, due to certain U.S. state laws. Most of our requests are from the U.S.

I got mine fast. It seems like it was only a week. I'm still waiting on a print from FSRE, though. Not complaining, just waiting. Thanks, Shdwstr

If you individually bag your prints in mini ziploks (cardstock prints), you can get about 10 or 12 in a regular envelope. If they are just on foil you can get 40 or 50 in that same envelope and no customs sticker is needed. Just be sure to get it wieghed for the correct postage. If you send your prints in a padded envelope, it will require a customs sticker. Most I see are labeled "Printed Material" or "Educational Printed Material" or even "Prints - Photos", it's a stretch, but pretty much true. Value $5.00 or less, Sent as a gift or sample.
If your in Canada, and sending a large padded envelope filled with prints... no customs sticker is needed at all. Just always remember to get your package wieghed for the correct postage.
Ok... I'll watch for all those large envelopes now
