Could this be done. Take a doo doo log and wrap it in foil and turn a few times at low heat for about 10-15 minutes? That would be sick, because then your house wouldnt smell like shizzle

You don't sterilyze poo...And that'd probably just fry (dry heat) whatever you were putting it on.
You could pasturize it, but that wouldn't seem like a good idea. Probably be better to do it in a metal drum....Something like..Pour boiling water into it, cover (wait till it drops to 180F or so. Then put it in the sun (or have it out there), it being in the sun helps it stay warm longer. If this is done in the summer, then you can keep it at pasturizing time long enough.
Someone else thought about the grill idea and posted back about how it wasn't a good idea, i'll look for the thread.

what about just putting a shitty old pot on there and boiling it? You would just be using the grill rather than the stove as a heating source.

For sterilyzing? It's already been done (pf tek).
And you don't sterilyze poo or straw, so you couldn't really use the stove for it. (in boiling water).

You just want to pasteurize the poo. Thats done around 160 - 170. You could boil it in a pot on a grill(inside a bag) if you could maintain those temps. But if you have neighbors like mine they'll be coming around looking for scraps, then you'll have to be like,"Sorry, just cooking up a big batch of poopy."

Flames get up to a higher degrees.
And I don't pasturize in the oven, you want wet heat, not dry heat...I'm sure it can be done in the oven. But then again, why use your hands to eat your food when you've got a fork.

We could debate for hours on end about how many different ways you can pasturize poo, but we'd still know the easiest.
You could use an oven (which is hot as balls to open all the time). You could do it on the grill (which fluxes in temp. alot).
But why do all that shit when you could just use a really big pot and just let it sit?
