i was going to order tennstud ready to go 50/50, but i saw this, it is way cheaper but you have to add water and pasteurize, but still. $5 and I'll have close to 200lbs of ready to go poo at the end

what did you see? people sing the praises for tenn stud....but horse poo is most likely free at your local stable...youll just have to do all the dirty work..i think thats why people love tenn stud so much.

Black Kow has been used many times, mostly with poor results. It comes from all areas of the country so some is better than others. Cow poo is good in the wild, not so good for indoor grows though. Go to a local stable and pick up some free horse poo.

DDo some searching for that. It's been done. From the tests that I have read on this stuff:
It is a less than optimal substrate, ALTHOUGH, your mileage may vary. Mostly due to the fact that each bag is different and it's made locally. Black Kow is a brand name of BAG mostly. Different companies buy the bags and put some shit in them. Then sell to the local stores.
Someone did a pretty decent test on several store bought manures. The results were disipointing. It's a highly recommended read if you are considering using that type of stuff. Do a search.
