where as in a place like a store could i find worm castings and bee pollen? also, which is better to use, Tyvek or Polyfill?

i got some bee pollen from ebay (uk), and worm castings i rekon garden center, i dont think theres a awful lot of difference between tyvek and polyfil, both do a fine job,its down to personal preference.
