Which is better to extract salvia. Acetone, or, isopropyl alcohol?

acetone
does in seconds what alcohol does in hours.
both re dissolving the salvinorin off of leaf material (5 mins max)
then in evaporating after the extraction is done. (very fast without adding heat)

Sorted mate. I will use acetone. Instead of naphtha, what could i use to clean up the extraction? Could you go through the steps for me from start to finnish? Cheers mate.

like redgreenvines says acetone does the job faster but i don't necessarily agree that this makes it a better choice. personally i try to avoid using acetone instead of non polar solvent in all extractions. acetone gives often a non reversible emulsion
