Pint jar.
1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of karo or honey.
Stick a small rock in there, I like them pretty, so I use nice looking rocks or quarts crystals.
Poke hole in lid near the edge.
Put micropore tape over hole.
PC 20 min. @ 15PSI. Let cool.
Inject at least 1cc spore spolution or equivalent using sterile injection techniques.
Add another layer of micropore tape over hole.
Incubate @ ~80F.
EDIT: Oops! Just adding the part about the rock.

lol! Nice man! I guess we're a couple of duct tape masters both eh?
I used marbles as per some tek somewhere and some advice by some people somewhere.. Problem is the marble just goes with the flow of the water...so does most rounded glass. It doesn't break the shit up.
Nice, heavy quarts rock is sharp edged, and will cut that myc up nicely!

A broken piece of glass works too. I did the baby bottle tek and just took an old sour cream and onion jar and smashed it. Took some nice size pieces and boiled them in water for 15 mins to keep clean and shake off unwanted shards. Cuts through myc like a charm.
