SWEDA Food dehydrator

Anyone used one of these? I just got one for free and was wondering if it is useable. It doesn't have any sort of temp control or anything so I am kinda weary. I currently have it on w/ a thermometer in it to see what the temp gets to.

OK, so I stopped the dehydrator at 102 degrees. So here comes the age old debate of whether heat affects the potency of shrooms. This dehydrator doesnt have a fan or I would have just snipped the wires to the heating element. Lets say that this dehydrator gets upwards of 11o+ degrees, would that be way to hot? Would it fry all the psycobilin?

People here have successfully used the Ronco dehydrated. It doesn't have a fan and gets hotter than 105F.

You should be able to wire a dimmer switch into its plug wire and adjust the temp... I THINK. Ive never wired one to a heating element before.
