To case or not to case.

I have 24 125ml jars of brf and vermiculite. My question is whether it would be better to case the cakes or just grow them pf tek style. If casing is better; what should I case them with? I hear that coconut fibre works amazingly well. What will provide the highest yeilds? Thanks for the help everyone.

Is this your first attempt? For mine, I seem to remember doing half and half, and losing the casings to contams and getting some decent flushes from the cakes.
