My HBWR will it ever flower??

HBWR has shown its self very hard to flower (for me). At this point I would love just to see it flower and leave it alone (i would keep taking care of it of course). She is coming up on her 3rd or 4th summer I am not sure at this point. The plant is very healthy and vigorous and last year reached at lest 20 ft. The problem is that I live in the north east and i have to cut her back in the fall to make her a manageable "indoor friend" to winter over. So no flowers but I love the plant, will i ever get flowers or is the winter cut back going to keep that from happening?
Thanks Peace

they love to be cut, they re-grow more vigorously. don't worry, if you have sun enough this summer or next you should have flowers.

On the sun note ---- I have seen much more vigorous in only partial sun. Nice big healthy leaves and no sign of "streaching". Should i do this again this year or does it need full sun to flower? She never loks happy in fun sun.
thanks peace
