So I'm maybe a stone or two overweight, Im tall tho (6 foot 3) so it not too obvious. But i really wanna lose it. heres what im trying to do...

daily food:
porridge with banana
3x large bowl of healthy soup (lots of veggies)
wholemeal bread
fruit

also at least two lots of 50x sit ups and 30x press ups
and cycling if my time allows...

you reckon ive got a chance?and how long itll take?im thinking a good coupla months.

it takes heaps more than just situps and press ups, but its a start you have to start to strain yourself work up a sweat for at least 30 mins about 3 days a week. that would be a great start

If you want to lose weight keep your calories low, but get enough in you so you have the energy to exercice. Sit ups and pushups alone won't do much for losing weight, focus on real cardio(running, biking....)

Don't skip out on eating protein either, or you will start losing muscle mass instead of fat when your training.
