Humidity in my FC for caseing
    #5498186 - 04/09/06 09:54 PM (17 years, 9 months ago)

While i am calabrating my hermomitor w/ the salt tek, for caseing, what would you all concider to be the best humidity. I have heard alot about cakes 95-100% but very little on cases. I have rubber made tubs i was concidering putting on a bed of perlite, then someone said i should put in a fish tank pump for higher humidity... not sure what to do?

Can someone also direct me to a (pref pictorial) of perlite / fish tank pump setup. Looked (not too hard though :frown: ) and came up kinda empty

fish tank thing is more for FAE then humidity. you don't need that if you don't want. i just have perlite on he bottom and fan a lot with the lid. casings run a little less RH because well they have the case to help provide the optimum conditions. 86rh around
