most likly not. most seeds sold for food pourposes have ben steralise and wont even germinate. i recomend ordering some guarenteed seed from one of the shroomery vendors. as allways use a safe address to send all such materials. gl

The ones i saw today are the bluish color and look healthy. If I put them in the fridge a couple weeks will they germinate? Do they need to be moist or do i refridgerate them dry then germinate with some moisture?

I germinated them before.. along with other store brands. They DID and will germinate. I did it just for fun and wasn't serious about growing though. They got pretty big, but I wasn't taking care of them. I'd go with a good strain that you can just order from a vendor. Something that is known for either being potent or producing lots of latex. You could even trade someone here for them - I noticed lots of people here have em.
