    #5496307 - 04/09/06 11:41 AM (17 years, 9 months ago)

I noticed after a few caps of mine's veils broke.. (grammar?) that my cakes turned blue, is this normal? or is it some mold, I may be able to have a pci later, has anyone ever had this happen?

I'd say chances are it's just normal aging or bruising. I have seen it in person and posted a lot.. They just age and bruise blue sometimes.
Usually molds are easy to notice as opposed to bruising. Check out some of the contam descriptions and info.

If you can wipe the color off with a tissue, it's mold. If it doesn't bleed, it's bruising and dehydration.
