3 weeks. 1 mush and no fluffly myc. WTF?

alright, this is my first grow. i'm doing standard PF cakes. i dunked/shocked/rolled all four that made it through colonization. heres my problem. its been almost 3 weeks since birth, and i have only produced one mush, with one smaller abort attached to it's base. there is also no fluffy myc developing on the cakes (one has a little on the top...but not much). one of my cakes got a little blueing on the top, which after research i found to probably be dehydration. they get ambient light, temp is about 72-74 consistently, I fan 3-5 times a day, and am using an ultrasonic for humidity. my (shitty) hygro reads about 88%, although there is considerable condensation on the walls of the FC (since i lengthened the cycles on the timer for the Ultrasonic), and some water does eventually pool at the bottom of the fc which i have been religously draining. what could be my problem??

also, my only pins developed on the very bottom of the cakes...on the inside rim on the canning jar bands. this to me meant that maybe moisture was collecting there and that is why they only grew from there??? i also forgot to mention that i fanned a few minutes ago (and drained that excess water), and noticed two more pins, very small (on a different cake than before), and in the same spot (on the base..). wtf! any help appreciated!
