The Poppy Flower project. Will this work?
    #5495151 - 04/09/06 12:00 AM (17 years, 9 months ago)

I live in southern california. everytime i see that orange poppy flower, i want to pick it, dry out the leaves, play with the bud in the middle to see if i can scrape it. does anyone have any experience with this? and i know there are certain poppy's that arent even opiate based, how do i tell the difference. is it worth just picking a flower, drying it out and smoking the leaves, or not?

picking them is illegal. Its illegal because i believe its endangered because of people exactly like yourself. If you want them you can grow cali poppys in your home legal.

for the other kind of poppy thats a no no either way
