 Have soundcard and preamp, how do I connect them?!

I have an audiophile 2496 soundcard, installed, and an audiobuddy preamp.
Now, how do I connect them? The Audiobuddy has xlr outs and 1/4line outs I think.
And the ins of the soundcard are female rca. Do I need an adapter or what? How does all this work?

a cable that at one end has the right connector for the 'out' on the preamp and at the other end a conector that fits in the 'in' of the soundcard
