Rusty Perlite, Yellowed Mycelia

Some rocks of perlite in my terrarium have turned a rusty color... does anyone have any clues on what this might be? I threw some H2O2 on it, but....

Also, some of the mycelia on the cake has turned a very light yellow... is this contamination or is it due to too much humidity?

If the yellow is spreading like a contam would - otherwise id assume it was mycelia piss in response to access water sitting on it
