Well, I always use the pot-boiling method for everything (casing and jars), and it's worked fine for me... so far any contamination I've had in boiled jars seems to have come from the injection sites only (as in wasn't in the jar already!). Therefore I conclude that boiling works well enough.

Pots are for steaming & fractional sterilization.
PC's are for sterilizing.
I prefer to sterilize.
Then, you know it's right.

Hahaha, I actually just came back here for the purpose of clarifying what type of jars after I remembered that some people use grain (which I believe DOES need more than boiling). I use brown rice flour and vermiculite.

WBS stinks, or myn got contaminated but I did not see growth after 6 days from a LC and I trashed it, But now I got a big pc so I wont be rushed.
