Not really, no. I was just wondering, because his lyrics seem to speak so well of the coming down aspect of a trip, or a day after reflection back on what happened.

But there is some definite Gnostic influence in the lyrics. There are parts to Reflection that are word-for-word from an ancient Gnostic text about "Sophia". I can't remember which one it is, though.

i cant wait myself. ive alreayd got it reserved and everything at the local record store.
but it seem as if all the usual tool heads arent even excited about it. Basically they think...the best had already been done....the name is retarted and are being extremely sceptical and pesimistis at the album and also fearing that the album is going to be more positive instead of the older negative stuff which was the reason they liked tool in the first place.
all i have to say is wtf....who gives a shit...listen it will be good. tool is probably trying to weed out those types of fans it seems.

Honestly I love their spritual music more more than anything else...
lateralis imo was the best album they've ever made  and im quite the bill hicks enthusiast
I would be glad to see another album like this. it might inspire me to leave this fucken place and start a new life or something.
