I rarely eat shrooms and plan to eat 5 grams alone. I was wondering how I could get closer to god from my friends at the shroomery?s point of view. I plan on puking. My strategy is to have a spotter around dressed in a black robe with his face covered. This is to make sure I don?t hurt myself without ruining the trip. My spotter is not aloud to speak. I want to see cathulu or whatever it is that is out there. I plan on meditating while the trip sets in. Please tell me any of your favorite solo trip atmospheres, such as: music, lighting, location. I was thinking of some tribal drum music. Tell me what has helped to give you the best spiritual experience

I can tell you what's NOT on my list of things to have around while under the influence of powerful drugs: BLACK-ROBED, SILENT FIGURES!

All i can tell you is what you van do before eating them, so you have a good state of mind. You can go for a walk in the park, or in a forest, feel good, drink a lot of water, meditate a bit a prepare yourself for anything. Cause you can always have some "bad" parts in your trip. I usually do, but it's better to just live them and be very attentive to what they really mean.

There are your first few mistakes:
You've got a plan and even a strategy. Talk about expectations! You are already closer to God than you could imagine. The best way to get closer to Him with psychedelics is simply to ingest and then flow with the experience.
Here is a truly beautiful prayer for you:
"Lord, I know not what to ask of thee. Thou only knowest what I need. Thou lovest me better than I know how to love myself. Father, give to thy child that which he himself knows not how to ask. Smite or heal, depress me or raise me up: I adore all thy purposes without knowing them. I am silent; I offer myself up in a sacrifice; I yield myself to Thee; I would have no other desire than to accomplish thy will. Teach me to pray. Pray Thyself in me." -Fenelon
-------------------- "What is in us that turns a deaf ear to the cries of human suffering?" "Belief is a beautiful armor But makes for the heaviest sword" - John Mayer Making the noise "penicillin" is no substitute for actually taking penicillin. "This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it." -Abraham Lincoln
