they're trying to scare you. don't be a snitch. thats the number 1 rule of the streets man. you shouldnt sling if your not ready to accept the consequences. you really shouldnt sling if your living in a dorm, thats asking for trouble.
if you can, go to your parents with this man, they can probly help you pay for a lawyer better than anyone else. i doubt theyll kick you out of the family for a few pills. tell them you had them so you could stay up to study. its not like its crack or heroin, it's ADD medicine. as for the weed... i dunno sometimes you just gotta come clean and admit it.
"Mom, I smoke pot." your in college, they probly expect it. and as long as your passing classes you can just remind them that your trying to do something with your life. weed just helps you cope with the stresses of school. just my 2 cents. hope it works out for you.

always keep in mind that the letter of the law is rarely fully enforced, especially in drug cases. The fact of the matter is, unless the judge is an unreasonable hardass, he's not going to lock you up for 2 fucking adderall. They simply don't have enough room in jails for that. Add to the equation you're a rich kid in college and I can almost garuntee you'll get a couple years probation, tops.
one thing though. Your parents will have to know. Grow a pair and tell them, as I'm sure that they (or any other middle class parent) do not want their kid to go to jail. They will probably be of valuable assistance to you in this matter. And you have to tell them you're a druggy sooner or later, they're your freakin family.

these cops are obviously going to next tell the weed dealer they bust that he needs to help them get his source or he's screwed. They're just trying to climb the chain, thinking they're big fucking heroes, doing something their asshole of a dad would pat them on the back for.
Tell them the weed or pills was given to you at a bar from a stranger some vague number of weeks ago and that you have no way of finding out who he was, and stick to that story whatever they think of it. The worst thing you could do in this situation is give them what they want, and if it comes down to it just take it like a man - many people here have done that before, and it's better than fucking someone else, who'd be in for a much bigger charge, over.

Cops came to your dorm room without a warrant and you let them in.... sucks for you. All you have to do is keep denying them until one goes ouit for either a warrant or a school official with a key who has the right to go inside your room without permission (if thats the case at your school) -- or eventually they will give up for the moment. When they don't have a warrant, or enough real evidence to convince a judge to give them one, often times their target will just let them into the place to so they can get the evidence they want anyway.
I once stood outside my dorm room with two cops for 30 minutes one night as they kept trying to intimidate me to let them in. Kept saying shit like "Well, what have you got to hide that we can't come in?" "We just want to help you, you know..." "If you cooperate with us, it will be a lot easier..." "We just want to to talk privately, can't we go in your room?" They did not have a warrant - I did not let them in. They told me they knew I had pot in my room, and that other peple/students had told them so. But they did not have a warrant. They left and never came back (but I did not hold or smoke in my room for a while after that..)
It douesn't sounds like you were arrested on the spot with the pills. That is good because now you have a chance to get a lawyer or more helpful advice than internet forums. Does your school provide any legal services for students who need them?
Don't play their game bro - they are trying to take advantage of your being a scared student, unfamiliar with your rights and the law, not wanting to get a felony on your record. Get real legal help in this.... don't talk with cops again without representation.

ok so she told me that if i had told them no that the cops couldnt have come in. this lady knew her shit, she used to be the county prosecutor and then specialized in drug cases. She said i was lucky that i only had to do one buy, usually its 3. She also said that adderall is a felony and a felony will basicly fuck you for the next 65 years of yourlife. She told me to do the buy....... i dont think i am.

This just happened to my friend here at my school, someone got caught with a tiny amount of weed and got intimidated into ratting out his dealer.
His dealer was a good friend of mine and my dorm neighbor. Poor guy got caught with enough drugs to put him in jail for a good portion of the rest of his life.
All because someone couldn't stand up and fight the authority.
They told him he couldnt avoid all his jailtime (my neighbor) if he would just narc out some people, instead he bit the bullet and hired some lawyers. He's now a hero around here and some very angry people are still looking for the narc.
Please don't narc out anyone else, stop the cops here. You know how it felt to have someone narc you out, can you imagine doing that to someone else?

1. Go to a real lawyer. A real lawyer will get you OFF this w/o any problems. That "lady" is a narc too, and IS NOT representing your interests. She is representing the interests of the college, at best, the cops at worst.
2. Cops LIE. They are allowed to lie to you. Really. They can say anything they want. Also, a deal must be approved by the DA's office---cops just offering you one in your dorm room doesn't count you could say sure cop ill help and they CAN STILL charge you. This does not happen like it does in the movies.
3. DO NOT TALK TO THE COPS OR ADMIT TO ANYTHING.
4. Possesion of 2 pills will not fuck your life up for 65 years, dude i know you're scared but have some common sense. There is a long chain of events from a cop finding something to charges being filled to discovery to pre-trial hearings etc....at any point during the process a good lawyer can beat this shit. Plus this costs the state/county money and more importantly court time. They are not going to waste all that on 2 adderalls.
5. You can tell your parents you use the adderall to study
6. They don't want a bad they want a body.
7. DO NOT ADMIT TO ANYTHING. DO NOT TALK TO THE COPS.
8. Have you been arrested yet? Or did they just try to bully you in your dorm? If they were going to arrest you, they would have.
9. Bluelight has a huge archieve of good material for this.

So you did tell the cops they could come in? I'm at a complete loss as to why people would do this. Must be the same people who say "Sure, you can search my car", when they know damn well they have a bag of weed under seat. Always REFUSE. You will not get in less trouble for cooperating. If a cop had the right to search your house/car/person, he wouldnt ASK. He'd handcuff you and do it no matter what you said. I cant stress enough, to ALWAYS refuse a search. did they TAKE the adderal pills? If they didn't arrest you for that shit and you stay completely and totally silent and get a GOOD LAWYER you can probably easily beat this shit.
You don't just take a felony away and leave the person free if you are planning on prosecuting.... fight it, stay silent, get that lawyer, the longer you go without squeaming around under their hateful eyes, the more likely they are to give up.

and how do they know you're selling if you don't have any weed on you? It may have been for recreational use only.
get the lawyer, tell your parents. they may flip out but they will be on your side when they calm down.
