what stretching of our organs of intelligence would be required. what inflations of humor and confusion would likely result?
is it technically possible to raise the undead to invite the estranged to recover from error?

Swami's essence lives on, but Swami in the flesh would restore the balance and revitalize a forum that has a moderate smell of death around it.
If only we could construct an elaborate focusing device to contain the massive power that can only be known as Swami!

It has been prophecized that Swami is, in actuality, the human archetype of our Sun, the great star that is responsible for all life.
 Peace.

How nice it would be to see him back! He always provoked lively discussions, which some people for some irrational reason took very personally.

It figures that you would reduce the situation to resemble your own actions and personality. You know, "it takes one to know one", that bit?
I believe your condition is known as "Swami Envy".
And why would you watch, anyways, you fucking pervert.
 Peace.

i want Swami back... I never wanted him gone. The only problem I had was the sidekick responses by his cohorts who would boost the credibility of his underhanded debate tactics. Swami was jovial, and I like parts of his personality, but when you questioned the emporers new clothes, swami would remain quiet, or subject dodge, while the cohorts took up the slack of interference.
Subconsciously or not, there was a team effort that made swami as revered as he was.

Anything that stirs up great idea exchange is an oppurtunity to pursue such idea exchange. Swami was like a probe that sought out inconsistencies, and subsequent reactions from those whose ideas were being challenged produced great, involved discussion.
I seriously doubt that Swami had "cohorts". I saw individuals who enjoyed the debate that would ensue and I saw like-minded individuals who heard a voice that they agreed with amongst a sea of voices that they could not identify with.
I think it is most certainly the remarkable over-analyzation of "the Swami situation" that was responsible for his demise. People created these pronounced views of who Swami was and what he did, and I honestly think it obscured their perceptions of reality. Its like they created a strawman and toppled it.
A lot of people had a problem with his raising points and later not responding. So what? We don't have a responsiblity to follow through until everything is done to death. Perhaps his objective was already complete? Its this speculation of why he does this or why he didn't do that which damned us all, after all. I think most people got pissed off because they would raise points and got angry that they couldn't inflict them upon him, or to subject the Swami to their reasoning.
So people emotionally reacted to having their ideas challenged? So fucking what! That was never the problem, the fact that we specifically accomodated this forum for the purpose underscores that. Then what was? Ahem.
 Peace.
