Pluteus Salicinus
    #5486699 - 04/06/06 02:55 PM (17 years, 9 months ago)

I tripped for my first time last Friday and Saturday, I had a blast. I did some looking and found out that there is only one species that is common in Illinois, Pluteus Salicinus. I have been getting mixed information about spore print color and seasons though, any info? Anything would be appreciated
Tyler

Just because something is not listed doesn't mean it can't possibly occur in your state.
I would still look into panaeolus subbalteatus and possibly gymnopilus species.
