Hello Folks, I'm new to the board and to this wonderful fungus. I live near the Conroe Texas area and have'nt found a thing. I know some rain would help, but has anyone else had any luck around this area and if so would you be willing to help out. I am anxious to have my first experience. Any response will be much appreciated.

You probably won't get much response. You already did a no-no by saying locations and such.
