I have know idea but maybe some more info like the environment would help those who might. Plus dont eat unless it is positivity ID, you health can depend on it.

No dice. They are not active. They appear to be coprinus, but that is just a guess, there is not enough information for an ID. Again, they are not active and probably toxic. Toss 'em.

In other words they won?t ?fuck you up dude? At least not in the way you want? some members of the genus Coprinus can inhibit an enzyme your body uses to metabolize alcohol.. This can lead to a nasty reaction if alcohol is consumed within a few days or more after having eaten the mushrooms. Micaceus are indeed edible, however don?t take my statement that your mushrooms resemble this species to be a definitive identification, wait for a little consensus? I?m just a bozo. Anyway, you would have to give more information about the mushrooms, where they were found, spore prints etc (though spore prints are not really something you will use to id members of the Coprinus genus) another thing? your mushrooms have been broken off above the soil. The base of any mushroom you want to identify can be a very important factor in determining genera and species. georgem

of course those are shrooms what else could they be. not psychoactive at all but shrooms none the less. you should do some research or stay away from mushrooms because it can be very dangerous, and isnt as simple as eating random mushrooms and getting fucked up. oh and if you want to get "fucked up" then just drink some beer or something because mushrooms are to be respected and are more of an almost spiritual experience. =)
