dude if you asking that question you're obviously not educated as far as shrooms are concerned!! Cow shit shrooms are no where near regular shrooms! First of all they are un predictable...some times they'll work and sometimes they wont! And you have a slight problem with bacteria and some molds with the shit shrooms! If you're gonna go out for yourself..either stick to buying them from your dealer or whoever you go to...........or, grow your own so that way you'll have them all year round and you'll save money!! Same thing, the problem is however - making sure you ID the right shrooms. Depending on where/conditions/etc, it is possible to have shrooms growing in the same area that are not 'magic' mushrooms, and could be poisionous - you just want to make sure that you ID them correctly.

there's a mushroom hunting forum you can use here.
and magic mushrooms of the psilocybic variety are NOT neurotoxic in any way shape or form.
of course maybe there's a slim chance the cow field was fertilized or sprayed with odd pesticides or something and somehow it's in the shrooms but that doesn't seem too likely. it's best not to buy from someone who just goes out and picks, now maybe he's a great mycologist and knows his stuff, but what if he's just some dude that wants to make money and thinks he knows what magic mushrooms look like, but really isn't educated enough to put your safety in? I'd say you should either buy from a grower, grow your own, or study up on picking your own and go out finding them, it would take some time and some learning but the results would be more enjoyable that way.

You need to do some careful reading, before you start trying to go pick your own, one wrong move, could end in Death. A good book to have is this one, stay safe, and be careful.

Nothing beats mother nature. Best shrooms I ever ate were Ps. Cyan from the PNW-outside. Best pot I've ever smoked came from an outdoor grow.
