Yeah: steam. If you are doing the pf-tek, there's really no need to get a PC. If you are doing grains however, then you are gonna need a PC. Somebody is gonna come bitch at you to read the FAQ now however.

i think someone asks this once a day...
if you are sterilizing pf style jars, you can steam sterilize.. if you are using grains, you'll need a pc

i have got a steamer i have sure 2 times before i got a PC. i filled the water up about 1/2 to 1" up the jars (the jars where sitting on a rack. boiled for i think 2 hours
i also here theres and ovan way but will have to look that one up.

or you could walk to your local hospital and use their autoclave. good luck though trying to explain what you are doing.
