Looks like cobweb to me. Unscrew the top a little and give it a whiff. Notice how it also smells differently than the other jars? That cake's bruised blue from you handling it or from bumping the edges of the jar upon removal... make sure your perlite is wet (not sitting in slosh, though) and that your RH is high enough.
#!hot tip: dip your cake into water or keep it submerged for longer and then roll it in dry vermiculite until the surface is covered with verm. Then fruit to chamber. This will help your cake surface's microclimate and produce more pins. Not too late to do now.

Yeah I'd remove the fruit and put the cake in submerged water (50*F-60*F) for about four hours and then roll it in verm and re-fruit the cake. As long as you keep the RH up and fan well (get CO2 the fuck outta your pmp) while keeping the RH up, you should see a really nice pinset.

CO2 build up slows down fruiting, thats why you need Fresh Air Exchange everyday.

you should read about dunking in the FAQ! (an effective dunk would be around 12 hours)
and no you don't "spray with co2" you vent your FC (at least 3 times a day... or alternativly make holes and stuff'em with polyfill) which means you're getting rid of the co2 the mushrooms produce and replacing it with oxygen
