HELLO!
I just run my new PC through a test run... it had nothing in it but water....
But I have just tried for the last 20-30 mins opening the PC with no luck at all (and I am a pretty strong guy)
What gives, what can I do to open the PC?
I have read that this is a usual happening for new PC's... I dont what to pry it open with a screwdriver... that will for sure ruin in...
My rye grains have been soaking for over 24 hours now so I need to find a way to open it!!!
Please help

Yeah. A screwdriver won't hurt your 921.

just dont use the tip of the screwdriver. in fact there are directions in the aa921 instruction manuel to use a screwdriver. I still pry mine open even after a lot of runs.

I'm glad to hear that you actually ran your AA before you loaded your jars. I just recieved mine a few weeks ago, and brought it up to pressure for a few sessions before I loaded my rye. If you haven't purchased a sterilizer toggle valve for your 921, look into it!
Good luck. I woke to my first signs of growth this morning.
