These little babies are only 1/3 the size of the shroom i made the spore print/syringe from (sorry no picture of parent) ... My guess is that my substrate layer is way too thin, twas 2 half pints crumbled onto moist verm cased with 50/50 peat/verm. got two more jars of the same strain at birthing stage now, thinking of putting em in a deeper tray whole and casing around with a thin layer on top... what do you people think?
also if any one wants to identify em for me I'd be most grateful.
Shroom on!

Whoa! You lucky SOB. I don't even think those are cubensis. Looks like Panaeolus to me. Thin and wispy. Prepare yourself, psychonaut. Caps look a little dark for Pan Cyan. I'm sure someone else knows, though. Nice job. Send me a couple of prints.

SOB Indeed...
I'm as confused as you. have you never seen cube this small? Is it possable for pans and cubes to breed making some kind of Cubaeolus or panabesis?
i'd be more than happy to trade prints... got some actual pan prints aswell if interested

They look like cubes to me. They almost look like some pitiful looking PE's. 2 PF cakes won't provide enough nutes for really large mushies. I would try those again with either more cakes or some kind of whole grain. Grind your own BRF if possible, it's much better then the pre-ground stuff.

Your answer is in your other thread bro! Those are cubies grown in high CO2 levels.
