I have 3. Two are good the other is ok.
"Cacti and succulents: A complete growers guide" by Bill Keen is OK
"The pocket encyclopedia of cacti in color" by Edgar & Brian Lamb--Good
"The complete book of cacti and succulents" Terry Hewitt ---Good

The last two are very good. 1 for Id's and the other for general cultivation.

I would go with "San Pedro & related Trichocereus species"
http://www.entheobiblica.com/03-MOKSHA-Catalog.htm

I dunno about the other i assume you can find what you are looking for at Barnes and Noble or Borders.
